Apolline Traore

Apolline is from Burkina Faso and is a graduate of Emerson College and the New York Film Academy. She is the director of the Pan African Film Festival (FESPACO) Jury Prize short THE PRICE OF IGNORANCE (2001), the short documentary SYMBOLE BURKINA (20001), and the sitcom series MONIA ET RAMA (2002) which has been broadcast on French and African television. KOUNANDI, was produced by renowned director Idrissa Ouedraogo.
