Zoë Naomi Bridgeman
Studying film at Simon Fraser University, Zoë began her interest in film in late 2000 and had the opportunity to be taught direction by an Academy nominated director and accomplished the completion of four short films. Prior to SFU, she began to write a feature-length script entitled “Soul Searching” which inspired her to make the short film “Souls”.
(Canada, 2005) Blood has memory and flows through the soul. Set in 2006 and 1860, Lola (Yvonne Myers) shares a candid conversation about the hardships that made her the woman she is today, leading the other guests to reflect on their own traumatic pasts that color their present.
